Welcome to the My Gourmet Kitchen Web Site ("Site"). Please take a few minutes to review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms (the "Agreement").
We may change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move, add to or delete portions of our Site from time to time.
To protect your health and for optimum taste, you agree to refrigerate or freeze your entrée and side dishes promptly after leaving My Gourmet Kitchen. The storage temperature should always be below 40°F.
You will prepare My Gourmet Kitchen food to the specifications described on the cooking instructions per the label and/or this website for each item.
You agree to heat all of you’re My Gourmet Kitchen Food to the minimum internal temperatures listed below.
You agree to heat all My Gourmet Kitchen food to the following internal minimum temperatures:
- Poultry: 165°F
- Casseroles: 165°F
- Stuffing, stuffed meats or fish: 165°F
- Ground meats: 155°F
- Pork, Veal, Beef or Lamb: 145°F
- Seafood: 145°F
You will take full responsibility for the transportation, storage and preparation of My Gourmet Kitchen products.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including (without limitation) images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by My Gourmet Kitchen. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.
Copyright and Trademarks
All the content of www.mygourmetkitchen.com is copyrighted by, and belongs solely to, My Gourmet Kitchen and may not be modified or used except as provided herein without the express prior written permission of My gourmet kitchen. My Gourmet Kitchen reserves the right to use any submissions presented to My Gourmet Kitchen (comments, suggestions, ideas and others) for any purpose including use, publication, modification, reproduction, and distribution.
Credit Card, Cancellation, and Refund
We will charge your credit card the same day you register for a session or schedule an Entrée To Go order.
We are mindful that circumstances cause you to cancel or reschedule your session. If you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your reservation, we will offer you a full refund or apply your payment toward a future session. We will charge a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 72 hours notice. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. If you cannot attend a session after reserving a session, we will be happy to assemble your meals for a nominal fee instead of a cancellation charge.
My Gourmet Kitchen is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. We will refund your money or give you a free entrée to replace an entrée that did not meet your expectations.
The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, My Gourmet Kitchen shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. My Gourmet Kitchen shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, My Gourmet Kitchen shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Information Accuracy
My Gourmet Kitchen will use reasonable efforts to present accurate information on mygourmetkitchen.com but makes no warranties regarding the information.We reserve the right to change our prices without notice. These price changes are a result of careful thought in relationship to rising costs.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE BY YOUR USE OF THE SITE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, THAT YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIRS OF ANY EQUIPMENT OR SOFTWARE YOU USE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SITE, AND THAT MY GOURMET KITCHEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE.

My Gourmet Kitchen reserves the right to modify and revise these terms of use. All changes will be posted here and your use of our website or facilities or purchase of a My Gourmet Kitchen product following changes indicates your agreement to these changes.
Termination
My Gourmet Kitchen may terminate this agreement and deny you access to the website and the facilities without notice if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions or for any reason that protects the health and safety of My Gourmet Kitchen customers, employees and agents.
